The Populist Delusion, by Neema Parvini…this book is making the rounds and is definitely a big old black pill or at least a paradigm-shifter. I’m going to say this is also NSFW because I have a feeling I know what it’s pointing to. What do you think?
Society and Sanity: Understanding How to Live Well Together, by Frank Sheed
The Mandibles: A Family, 2029-2047, by Lionel Shriver
I rarely read fiction, but this is well worth it. Foreshadowing the medical-industrial complex that has since revealed itself, and imagining a world as the dollar collapses. It’s a great book.
The Church and the Libertarian: A Defense of the Catholic Church’s Teaching on Man, Economy, and State, by Christopher A. Ferrara…Definitely not in my comfort zone! The Deep Padre sent it to me & it’s already got me down rabbit holes I didn’t even know existed….expect more book recommendations to come out of this bibliography.
Seeds of Destruction: The Hidden Agenda of Genetic Manipulation, by William Engdahl
(courtesy of Dean who lent it to me long distance…very kind!)
In a rare foray into pulp fiction, I was stuck at my mom’s without a deep diver…I found this & it defo made the flight go by quickly…
